No surprises. That's a good thing.
The M22f is replacement of a 6 year old HP 22vc that had developed a thin vertical line from top to bottom. With nearly identical specifications and sizing, the new monitor fits my needs well as an external display for my MacBook Air. With July 4th sale pricing and a coupon code, the purchase was well worth it. Even though it was free, the shipping method chosen by HP was less satisfactory. FedEx SmartPost, aka Ground Economy, took 17 days from the date of order to my receiving the monitor. FedEx describes it as "It’s ideal for outbound residential deliveries and returns that are low-weight, low-value, and non-urgent." Retailing for close to $150, I take exception at the low-value given the monitor when it comes to shipping it. If it weren't for the great price and free shipping, I'd have purchased the same monitor at local retailer.

Ordered white ones, but they look silver
Looks great as far as graphics go and they were easy to set up. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because I ordered “white” but it definitely just looks silver. Keep that in mind if you’re trying to match to other white things like a keyboard or mouse.

I just needed a basic monitor. This is perfect. Very clear. It has been a game changer for me. Just what I needed to make it easier to read and draft documents. Super Monitor
This monitor is a great buy. The clarity is wonderful. It is easy to set up and adjust the settings. It can be setup in 15 minutes. However, the screen was a bit smaller than I wanted so I returned it. I purchased a larger monitor, 27 inch diagonal screen. It serves my needs better. I love the HP monitors, they are a great deal for the price.

It looks good and the picture is crisp and clear.
I only wish I looked to see if there was some kind of mounting hardware baked into it before I bought it. With such a small bezel, it's hard to have a universal mount hold without blocking part of the screen

Is the monitor adjustable on the stand and what is the total height of both the monitor and stand combined. I ask this because we will need to adjust the design of our desk. It is a wood desk and we will need to change the height of a shelf.
The display can be tilted but is not height adjustable. From the desk surface to the top of the display is roughly 14.75"

The HP ProBook 440 14-inch G9 Notebook PC typically has an HDMI port and a USB-C port with DisplayPort and PowerDelivery or a Thunderbolt Port. With these two ports that laptop will support two external displays. A USB-C/Thunderbolt to HDMI cable will be needed for the second display.
