Understanding what the package covered and buying it was easy. What I don't get is why the purchase confirmation email stated that it would take 2-3 weeks for the care package to show up on my account. It's an electronic service I bought online for an electric device that connects to the internet. Why on Earth would take 2-3 weeks to show up on the account that has the device listed that I'm covering that I used to buy the service?! What century are we in?!?!?! I would like to use the service that I purchased. That's why I bought it.

Extended warranty hasn't been registered to my account
I purchased the extended warranty 12/7/22. HP is asking me to rate the HP Care pack, but as of 12/21/22, I haven't received a confirm that the Care Pack has been added to my account. It also doesn't show as registered on-line. The HP email said it would take 2-3 weeks to register to my account and I should receive a confirm email. It's been 3 weeks and no confirm email has been received and the warranty has not posted to my account.

Your video with the "back to school" offer said the 1 Yr Post Warranty Plan DOES cover breakage due to drops, spills, etc. which would, I would think cover the screen but another person asked about the screen and was told "NO". Which is it?
So, basically, one hand doesn't know what the other is doing (?). You say, "there may be a specific one for a back-to-school promo that does cover this", but evidently you don't know for sure. I'll reach out to the Support directly somehow.
