Dumbfounded
I purchased this warranty and have had no communication about the details of it. What's my warranty #? When I log into HP support, it doesn't show up. It still says that my warranty is expired. Not that I need to use it right now, but why can't I get any information about it?

Extended warranty not going into effect!!!
Paid for but have not received anything regarding extended warranty! Just a "please review" email. If I log into HP it says this laptop is "expired"... ARGH!

What did I really buy
I have it but how does it work? I have 2 more HP Laptops and I want to buy 2 more PLANS, but I can't seem to get this one activated. I know they work boy I can tell you some stories but to activate they don't make it easy

Poor Purchase
Care package was bought and I'm still unclear as to the status of it. When I check the your website to see if the care pack is active, the status is not noted and so the purchase at this time doesnt seem to really be beneficial.

Care pack still not registered
So far my review is a 1 star since I have yet to receive an update regarding my plan to actually use it. The last email I received stated that in about 2-3 weeks I will receive a confirmation that one care pack has been registered. Well next week Wednesday will be 3 weeks and I still have yet to receive any other email.

Extended Warranty not helpful to me
I was told that if I bought an extended warranty that it would cover the replacement of my battery. I have an error code of 601 when rebooting my laptop. My laptop shuts down intermittently when not plugged in to a power cord. I have been transferred to four different tech support staff. Ajay was very nice and tried to be helpful but after updating all software and even reinstalling the OS I still have the same problem. He said I can send in my laptop for fixing. I don't want to send it in, I want a battery sent to me and I will install it. So now I was told I can go to HP store to buy a battery and my extended warranty will not cover it.

Hard to find location for repairs.
Computer damaged. I tried to find a repair location and could not get any response for a location to send for repair. With my own study realized that the computer worked , but the connections to the screen failed. I am use the computer with a separate monitor.

HP, relliable, resilient, and resourceful.
I've been using HP computers for the past 15 years and have had very good success with them..Whenever I do have a problem HP has always been there to help resolve any issue I've had. I would recommend that anyone looking to purchase a laptop computer to seriously consider an HP.
