Auto ink refill Product not received

Laptop fan
I am/was very satisfied with my laptop. However the only reason I got the extended warranty plan was because a week short of owning the laptop I started getting a message that the fan wasn’t working. I am disabled and can’t get out much, so I purchased it, so that when I can get out I’ll have to take it out.

Bad experience
Very disappointed that the warranty didn't begin when my computer came back from repair. Didn't make sense that it goes back to the original warranty date. Especially since there is a 90 day warranty that the work was done correctly. In essence, I paid for nothing!

Never received a new warranty
I got pop up notification asking me if I wanted to renew my warranty, but after I purchased it I want told that I don't qualify for a warranty and it never renewed. I kinda want my money back...

HP lies about its HP Care Pack Coverage
I have been told 5 times (twice in writing, three verbally) .. including at purchase, that the HP Care Pack would cover Accidental Damage. I am being told that I was lied to 5 times, again, twice in writing by HP personnel.

Worst printer ever HP deskjet 3700 series
This is the worst printer i have ever purchased from HP. There is always a problem with it. Right now there is a problem, but it’s so frustrating to always have to call to have something fixed. I loved HP. I love the instant ink.. set it as forget it. I’ve purchased HP printers for about 5 years now and never had an issue until i bought this printer. At this point i will purchase another printer instead of calling customer service. Although i know I’m still in warranty. My kids have projects, i have school work, but i have to find other means of printing because my printer at home doesn’t work. It’s never the same problem always something else.

Registration
Once purchased, I was sent an email that the device would be registered with the care pack in 3-4 weeks. Its been nearly a month and there is no confirmation or registration. Its hard to actually find a human to talk to and fix the issue.
