However the only reason I got the extended warranty plan was because a week short of owning the laptop I started getting a message that the fan wasn’t working. I am disabled and can’t get out much, so I purchased it, so that when I can get out I’ll have to take it out.

Right now there is a problem, but it’s so frustrating to always have to call to have something fixed. I loved HP. I love the instant ink.. set it as forget it. I’ve purchased HP printers for about 5 years now and never had an issue until i bought this printer. At this point i will purchase another printer instead of calling customer service. Although i know I’m still in warranty. My kids have projects, i have school work, but i have to find other means of printing because my printer at home doesn’t work. It’s never the same problem always something else.

Your video with the "back to school" offer said the 1 Yr Post Warranty Plan DOES cover breakage due to drops, spills, etc. which would, I would think cover the screen but another person asked about the screen and was told "NO". Which is it?
