Post Warranty Plans within 90 days before to 30 days after your base warranty expires.

Good but watch your dates.
It is not clear and I was not told but I had a grand total of 10 days off this care pack before I had to renew it for another year, for v the same price. So I paid for a care pack for a year that I didn’t have it. But. I needed it within those 10 days so I shouldn’t complain. My main beef is the lack of clarity.

The process to extend my warranty plan was extremely difficult and time consuming. An order that should have taken a few minutes took over an hour.

Great coverage
For the last 20 plus years I've bought HP computers and have always added the Protection / Warranty plans. In that time I've had very few problewms but, when they occurred, the warranty plan on the device provided me with excellent service. Obtaining valuable peace of mind is the best way to describe what I get ... I believe I will always be an HP customer !!!

Even AFTER the warranty is over, it is NOT over
I inadvertently let my warranty expire and since my Laptop is the center of my business and purchased well over a year ago, the chip and memory are still at the top of the performancec chart. I was overjoyed to see that I could get coverage for another year even a few months AFTER the original warranty expired. Thanks HP! I have the 15 inch Pavilion Laptop with the iCore 8th gen chip and 16 gig Ram.....it is a GREAT computer!

Great product, difficult to select
The extended 1 year warranty is great service by HP, however, trying to find the right warranty for a particular product is not that easy, even with the HP Support Assistant.

Your video with the "back to school" offer said the 1 Yr Post Warranty Plan DOES cover breakage due to drops, spills, etc. which would, I would think cover the screen but another person asked about the screen and was told "NO". Which is it?
So, basically, one hand doesn't know what the other is doing (?). You say, "there may be a specific one for a back-to-school promo that does cover this", but evidently you don't know for sure. I'll reach out to the Support directly somehow.
