The Post-Warranty Plan extends coverage for one year past the base warranty. Coverage starts day of Care Pack purchase or day after base warranty ends if purchased during base warranty. You can rest easy knowing your device will be quickly repaired by experts with no hidden fees. You will also have access to technical support 7 days a week-while keeping your PC covered by the manufacturer that knows it best. Post Warranty Plans within 90 days before to 30 days after your base warranty expires.

I still have nothing in hand that show s that I have extended it. I was supposed to have it "delivered" by email, but I have recieved nothing. Come on, HP ..... don't sell me something important and then not deliver it! Please let me know what's going on sooner than later!

I told her about the email I'd gotten, why I was calling, she said I essentially didn't know what I was talking about and I was completely wrong. After fighting to get through to someone to start with (calls were repeatedly disconnected so I ended up going through every number I could find), it took forever to get anywhere and I was not happy. At the end, she gave me a number and insisted I call immediately--the number (which I repeated back to her) was no good.

So, 17 days ago (Sept-23) I went and bought a warrantee renewal for this server, yet still after 17 days when I go to "https://support.hpe.com/hpsc/wc/public/home" and check on the status of the warrantee of my server. it still doesn't show this new purchase. Disappointed to see this poor level of service from HP.

Twice I’ve talked to an agent who says it’s registers but when I try to verify it’s not. I don’t understand why it’s not registering when you purchase you basically give use the same information. Also why can’t you buy from the HP support app and register. Very not user friendly.
