Screwed up with non-H-P toner.
Just installed the new H-P cartridge, too soon to tell, but i have to admit that i came a-cropper when i got cheaper toner. Maybe it’s rigged but i can't afford to have black lines running throughout all my pages.

Good, s usual, BUT........
The priduct, I hope, is good, s usual. Previously I had received a toner cartridge (HP 131X High Yield) for $94 and it didn't work but there was NOWHERE on the site I could find that I could call a human being and request a replacement. I sent it back to the recycle place, for which UPS hasn't apparently delivered it yet - got lost in la la land - with a letter stating that the cartridge didn't work, That was my last hope of getting a replacement. NOPE!! I realize there are bloopers every once in a while (only happened once before to me YEARS ago and a replacement was sent immediately!) but there are no humans to call with problems. All in all, HP has a good product. Happy with the printer and the cartridges, although I wish they would reward us for sending back the cartridges for recycling. Come on, HP!!

Top quality packaging and product
What more can you ask for when you buy OEM? Yes, you spend a little more cash, but always worth it in the long run. Cartridge was safely packaged and installation a breeze. Giving my printer new life and 2-3 years of printing is pretty satisfying.

No way to return a bad cartridge
The printer and toner have been reliable for several years, but when I had a toner cartridge go bad after only a couple months of use (perhaps 5% of the toner) there was no way to return/exchange. HP support was a bot, or based on the serial number of my printer which is out of warranty so there was no way to get support based on the failed cartridge and no way to talk to a human about it.

Excellent Toner
I purchased this toner and have been very happy with it. The shipping was fast and arrived within three days which was quicker than I was expecting. HP offers an option of single or double toner which is a nice feature. There is an added expense but you get so many more additional prints that it makes it so worth the double toner feature.

I love the large cartridge of black ink. the color is great for type, but for photos there seems to be a problem. the colors are a gloss, but the black comes out matte. it looks very strange.

Site made it easy to order and shipping was super fast! I only buy original go toner because they truly last the number of pages printed as advertised. I tried 3rd party toner but it just doesn't last as long as hp originals. Hopefully I can win the gift card so I can order the colored toner as well.
