After my trial subscription expired, I purchased this renewal and Threat Containment still doesn't work. Tech support nonexistent.

I have a new HP PC with wolf security. Will the initial subscription expire? If so, how can I tell when it will expire? Thank you
Thank you for your question! That would depend on which PC you purchased. Some HP PCs have 3 years of Wolf Protection while others have 1 year. Please resubmit the question with your model or product number, and it can be determined which coverage you have. Also, HP Wolf Security sends a warning message to the Controller when a license is due to expire within 14 days.
