I cannot teach a human at HP to replace this cartridge. It is really impossible to talk to anyone! I will never buy online again from them. At least Staples has a store I can walk into

All of our printers are HP and this cartridge goes to our color laser printer. We get a lot of pages from each cartridge and have never had any problems with cartridges or printers (until they get really old).

Fine prints, BUT
Your product is very good but severely overpriced. As a Xerox retiree I understand that toner is “black gold” to the manufacturer and produces whalloping profits, good for HP, but a burden to customers. With that said, I keep the number of prints to a minimum and squeeze everything out of these cartridges.

This is the only brand that I will buy due to it’s always top quality performance! To assure that I will never run out I always have a new unopened spare of each color for my laser jet printer. When I change the cartridge I order a new “spare”.

No streaks. I bought an off brand and had random spots and lines all throughout every page I printed. Had to go back to HP and I am thankful I did. I just want reliable color and not have to worry....my clients are happy and therefore I am happy:)
