Wouldnt buy anything else

Reason for "4" stars...WHY does a $250 printer "full replacement cartridge set" have to cost almost $500??? I Always return my used cartridges to HP for recycling and reuse...Saves HP $$$ and much better for the environment. However, I get no sizable discount on future cartridge replacements for being a loyal HP consumer and for saving HP $$$!!!
Come on HP, give us loyal customers a nice break! ;)

Good Service
Great service and on time delivery but I seem to have a little problem with the cartridge. Sometimes it puts a thin blue line down the pages I'm printing. Does not do it all the time just does this sometimes.

Excellent product, good design
Excellent product and the design is very, very easy to use. In my MPF M2776c multi-function printer it just drops into the toner cassette and is ready to go. Printing is crisp and clean. I am entirely satisfied with this product.

Cartridge is fine.
The product is fine as it should be, but customer satisfaction doesn't seem to be given a high priority. We imagined that purchasing an HP printer would mean it was supported by the latest Windows OS for a few years. But when we bought a complete new set of laser toner cartridges for about $350 only to find out afterward that that printer was no longer supported in Windows 10 and then to find out HP would not take back the cartridges was very dismaying. They did give us a small credit for future purchases which turned into its own disaster. In the end we got nothing, just an unusable printer. The cartridge that this review is for went into a 2nd existing printer we already had. I'm sure our next printer won't be an HP. So, just now reading your note below here, I see that you are fearful of publishing this comment regarding customer satisfaction. I hope you take this comment to heart even though no one else will apparently see this.
