Overpriced DRM garbage.
The only reason I had to purchase this overpriced thing at all is because HP sent a "security update" that made it so that the toner I had already purchased didn't work. Would give zero stars if I could. I will never again buy so much as an HP keychain.

It's a shame that HP changed the firmware of my printer so I can no longer use third party toner. HP toner is more expensive, and the difference in price adds up over time.

Toner levels low or empty, after new toners
Well I have now purchased 4-brand new toners, and put them all in properly according to HP instructions, and all the “toner”levels show empty, and nothing I do works! Highly disappointed, because each time I use my HP inkjet copy, scan, fax, etc I have a pop up that tells me “your toner level is low or empty!”

Best ink to buy!
Recently I bought another brand of ink cartridges. I had problems with those off brand ink cartridges and regretted buying them. Now I only buy HP ink cartridges and am always satisfied. My advice is, don't waste your time with another brand. HP ink cartridges are the best by far!

Simple Re-Ordering Process
The re-ordering site was very simple to use and navigate. I am pleased that I didn't have to spend a lot of time trying to decide what to re-order. As for the cartridge, performed right out-of-the-box and that is above and beyond other cartridges. Other cartridges would take a few print jobs to perform as expected; and/or you would have to calibrate the new cartridge. With this one, fire and forget. Will order from this site again in the future.
