Everyone should buy this!
I purchased an HP Laser Jet Pro M281 for home use. Before that I had purchase several ink jet printers. This printer with these toner cartridge has worked on every kind of paper I've thrown at it and I do believe it is the most cost effective way to go. Yes, the initial cost was more but the end of year cost is much less and every print is smudge free and perfect.

Great color printing!
I purchased this printer on a recommendation that the color printing would be exceptional and I have not been disappointed. The only negative that I have found with it is that I also use it to print checks (3 up) and it will not print the 3rd check solo on a separate print job getting lost in the feeder...

Fast printing, could use a second tray
Really like this printer when I'm printing 8.5x11. Quality is sharp and it gives you lots of pages per cartridge.
Whenever I have to print legal, it can get stuck if the format is not exactly 8.5x14. A second tray would be awesome.

Going to HP to buy toner cartridges opens you up to bring price gouged. As a loyal customer I ignorantly went to HP to buy replacement toner only to find I could have bought same name brand product from third party sellers for ad much as 20% cheaper. Nice way to treat your customers. Won’t do that again.
