Only thing I don't like is the cost
The ink is great. Its just really expensive. Would you consider accepting empty cartridges in the mail - provide prepaid postage/packaging and make it a rewards/discount program?

I settled for this product. I like the toner, but I wanted the double box (the price was better). The website kept saying the double box was not available or sold out. Why advertise if it is not available ? or why not be on a waiting list if is just sold out?

It's just a toner cartridge. I expect it to work just like the one that came with the printer. It's very expensive, but I bought it to avoid any possible printer damage that I might have gotten from an aftermarket cartridge.

Always stick with oem product
I own several printers ink in the past, after try many aftermarket products, yes you'll save a few dollars, I ask myself this questions is it really worth it? The pro and the con. How do I feel about purchasing the original oem Ink, you can't never go wrong when it come to a chip reader, less hassle dealing with after market ink and don't have to worries the ink is incompatible or even damaged your printer.

I tried the generic brand because of price and copies were faint. This was not acceptable for legal documents so ordered the HP Toner Cartridge in black. The copies turned out perfect.

I do buy all my HP LaserJet Toner on-line and am satisfied with the availability and quick shipments. My only small complaint is the price. I understand that I am paying more for convenience but this is the only product I have never had a discount on, a promo deal, nothing. After 3 years of loyalty, I would think I would get a coupon.

Terrible yield!
I bought this a couple of months ago with the yield claim being 3200 pages. Since page 2000, it has been telling me that it was low and needed to be replaced. The HP toner cartridges are high dollar and I expected more. Very disappointed!!!!
