The price on the HP site was cheaper than Staples and the same as Amazon. I ordered on Thursday, and it was scheduled to be delivered on Monday, but it arrive on Saturday! Installation was easier than with older HP printers. So easy. Almost too easy.

It was smooth sailing from the time I signed onto the HP website to order a new toner cartridge for my HP Laser Jet printer. Navigating the website was easy. I did not know the product number but all I had to do was enter the printer model number and HP advised me of the correct toner product. number. I ordered the toner and it was shipped to me within 4 days. Smooth sailing.

WILL NOT PRINT DOUBLE SIDED, WILL NOT COPY MORE THAN ONE PAGE AT A TIME, AND PRINTS MULTIPLES OF EACH PAGE ON ITS OWN ACCORD. THIS PRINTER IS THE WORST ONE I HAVE EVER OWNED. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER HP!!!
