My factory installed printer posted over 1000 pages, and I was given plenty of time to get it replaced thanks to the HP reminders. The toner I ordered through HP was competitive or the same as other online retailers. HP delivered the toner fast and it came quick. I am also able to return my old toner with no issues - same box, with the provided label! Thank you HP!
