We haven't received it and due to a poor design whixh disables the printer when it's out of ink, your printer is nothing but a paperweight.

Wrong cartridge listed for my HP printer
When I went to the HP website and entered my printer model number to buy new ink, this cartridge came up. So I ordered it only to find once it arrived that it didn't fit my printer and wasn't made for my printer after all. I've sent it back to exchange it for the correct one, but why was this one suggested for my model in the first place?

I only buy HP brand toner.
I have tried generic toner several times and have always been disappointed. If you print photos, the colors are never right. Also, I have experienced toner leakage that ruins my documents and damages my printer, I have learned my lesson and will never buy store brand or generic brands again.
