Squeaky noise mouse
It looks nice, the keyboard is quite quiet although not as much as I was expecting, but the mouse makes a squeaky noise when I use the wheel, it's really annoying.

OK, functional (once repaired), but not great.
Keyboard is large, maybe a standard size - too big to use in an under desk keyboard tray when placed side by side with the mouse. The enter key stuck closed after the first few days of use, had to take it off and reseat it to get it to work again; not everyone would know how to reconnect it though, so an issue like that could be problematic for some. Size seems a bit out of date, but it might just be me, I'm used to a smaller, streamlined keyboard. Documentation/ user guide for mouse and keyboard almost non existent in the box, probably online somewhere.

The key board and mouse are fine, customer service is not. I waited on the phone for about 45 minutes in order to talk to someone about the status of my order. Never did talk to anyone... I ended up giving up because I had things to do

Excellent performance at a great price
The wireless keyboard and mouse were purchased for my step daughter's laptop. She likes the feel and performance of the keyboard and mouse, better than using the laptop touch pad and keyboard. Her laptop is on an elevated shelf that is at eye level. Using the wireless keyboard and mouse also reduces the probability that something gets spilled on the laptop.

My TP01-2165z
My old computer is an HP-Pavilion 570-p064. It has windows 10 and will not accept windows 11.So I decided to buy a new HP with Windows 11. When I searched through your website I decided on the TP01-2165Z. I understood it would come with a 2TB Hard Drive. But when I received it it was a 2TB Sata. All my files would be saved in the clouds. I did not want that. So I took the old and the new to BEST Buy and asked them if they could put in a new Hard Drive and copy my files from the old to the new. They said yes so I left the two computers with them. When they called me and said they were ready I went and picked up both the old and the new. When I got home I set up the new but it didnt work right. So now it is just setting in the corner getting dusty. Because it wasn't what I wanted. The wireless keyboard and mouse work fine.

Changes require a little learning curv for seniors
A new keyboard does have a learning curve for this user. Getting better as I use it more despite my aging fingers. I'm sure it can do more then I'm using it for but I might learn.
