Taking way too long to get my warranty information
Two weeks and you still haven’t sent me an electronic verification of purchase so I can register my device?
Wow. For a tech company, this doesn’t inspire confidence in your products.

Horrible Customer Service
I received an email telling me that my Care Pak would be registered and if there were problems with the registration they would contact me within 2 to 3 weeks. That never happened and I had to call and spend 40 minutes on the phone to get this taken care of. It seems like every contact with HP is so much work on my part. Whomever is handling the customer service does not seem to have any way of making sure the team is meeting commitments. I ordered a brand new computer and have spent hours and I truly mean hours just trying to get HP to follow up on their promises. Terrible customer service.
