The pack that I just received I have only opened magenta, it is good.
But I bought another pack months ago and the magenta does not work. The display says used with no indication of ink. I have never had this happen before. I would like a replacement of magenta.

I ordered a three pack of toner, but requested the wrong one for my printer. In spite of my error, HP quickly and cheerfully shipped me the proper toner set and billed me. Then, upon my returning the toner, refunded the cost of the first shipment. The cartridges work flawlessly.

Great transaction, great product

Not Blue
Seems a couple of times (at least two) I've ordered this set of color cartridges and the blue print is more of a light teal. I can not get a true blue out of it. I would say it's the printer but sometimes when the new cartridges are replaced it's blue again. No real explaination just letting you know.
