good buy
so far so good, only had a few days now. the print out quality seems to be very sharp, I would recommend toner over cartridges for ease of use and quality of print.

Out of warranty already!
It operates well but I learned after I bought it that it takes real research to locate assistance, supplies, or information for my model purchased recently. My model is no longer available. This doesn’t speak well of HP and it’s product support.

Great toner
I got this for my m14-17. And my brother m21. It has worked great so far. Lasts for so many pages. I’ve only had to replace the ink twice and I’ve printed out 2 textbooks and multiple assignments a papers. And it’s a bargain as far as printing being as it’s on 47 dollars opposed
To printing something out at staples that would cost twice or 3 Times as much.

great cust. service, clear, English speaker
I called customer service prior to installing the cartridge so they could make sure I did it right as I did not want to ris the expensive product.. I then began using it and all is well, so far. I don't print a lot, but am sure hoping to get enough use from it to warrant the expense. They all cost too much, but this was less $$ if it prints the stated pages.

Great size
It was so simple to order, I didn't have to leave my own home, to drive all the way into town, and go into a store, looking through all of the ink toners to find my toner, and come back another day if they didn't have it, or drive all over town, to find it at another store. I love my printer, and the toner is great for printing school work sheets, for my grand kids, it is a lot less costly, than using the ink in my color printer. I love the small, and compact size of the printer, with the cartridge toner.
