Very hard and confusing to load the software
Bought a printer. The set up instructions for the software were terrible. I spent quite a bit of time trying to get it set up but had to call ny son in law who is very good at this, It took him 3 1/2 hours to get the software loaded.

HP Printer
This printer will not print from my computer. I’ve tried everything and forget scanning. Thankfully I can print from my phone, that’s the only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1. Unless you are super computer savvy, get something else. Honestly the print quality isn’t that great either but it’s a cheap laser printer. In this case the old adage is true, you get what you pay for.

Great toner cartridge, This was a replacement for a bad cartridge. When I found bad cartridge, I contacted HP. I sent bad one back, HP sent me a prepaid label. Had a new cartridge within a few days. No hassles from HP, good company to deal with

Easy to instal & recycle
I like this product and the fact that it is easy to instal and HP makes it easy to send back to recycle. It would be great if those who did send cartridge back would get money off on future cartridge purchase.
The ink does last as long as I thought it would, but then again, I'm not counting the number of sheets printed.

Had issues in the past with "aftermarket" ink cartridges so I purchased an HP Laser printer. So happy I did as it works great...and even does .pdf scans with the software supplied with the printer. When it came time to replace the toner, I found the OEM toner cartridge on the HP site. It was competitively priced and did not disappoint at all. GREAT value and no compatibility issues sometimes found in re-manufactured products.

Hate the reminders
I'm a single person user printing about two sheets a day. Great that I got an automatic reminder that the ink was getting low. I bought a cartridge to be ready, but the reminders keep coming one at a time, one after another. They interrupt things that I'm working on. It was nice to get the warning. You got the sale. I'm still upset because the printer is still working with the original cartridge but my desktop is still full on reminders.
