Quick and easy and works great
Working from home now, I am using my printer more often. I was able to easily click in my HP Smart app and click to order more toner and it directly opened a web page where my specific toner needed was and I was easily able to purchase and order for delivery. It also came pretty fast and was the correct toner cartridge and works great. Plus I literally can print so many things and it lasts a long time. I have been working from home since March of last year and print paperwork several days a week if not more for my work. I also have 3 kids, 2 younger girls who love crafts and coloring so I am often printing for them as well. The print quality is great. No smudges, no issues. I'm very happy and still printing. I've only had to replace once in the last year as these last a good while. I don't print as much at home as I would at work as we have been doing more electronic paperwork but I am printing regularly and just amazed at how much you can print on one toner cartridge. Plus the change out of the old one is super easy and there are instructions. Then once the new one is in and you close the lid, it sets itself up. So very easy. Definitely recommend.

This review is for the previous cartridge
I ordered the current one when the old cartridge started whining about running low. The HP price was the same as others (Amazon, Office Depot) and the shipping was free. It got here in plenty of time since I've printed Hundreds of pages (all text) on the old whiny cartridge - and it's still printing.

Stopped working after 2 days then hours on waiting
I bought this cartridge and after 2 days I got an error on my printer stating that I had a memory supply error and was told by the printer status that the cartridge needed replacing. I waited on hold for hours to talk to tech support and customer service and never got through in order to discuss the issue with either party.

Pages limit inaccurate
The precision of the toner is good. We have no problems with our papers coming out in black "ink" however we were not able to get about 1000 pages out of it like stated. The reason for us switching to a laserjet is because we were told it'll help us saving on buying ink. So far we went through two toners and now are on our third, that is already over $150 in a month's span.

printer doesn't "recognize" new toner cartridge
Printer still is giving my a "extremely low toner" message. Can't seem to resolve issue, or find a workaround. Printer seems to be printing OK, so I can only assume this is a toner cartridge error. Will not be buying these anymore from HP because of their unfriendly return policy

Once you go laser, you’ll never go back
My wife & I are so happy we decided to buy our HP laser printer. The laser cartridge lasts longer than the ink in the ink printers. No more worries about buying expensive ink when one color runs out. It’s also much faster the the ink printer. I think we finally have a great printer!

I order toner because, well, I'm OUT of toner. So, because I have to use HP toner I ordered it with 2-day shipping.
