HP lacks the tech in technology
I called HP looking for a printer compatable with my Samsung Chromebook. I specified I wanted to connect via wifi without the need of a PC or another complicated method. They said the M29W would work. Well......it arrived and I couldn't figure it out. I finally calld HP and after 3 transfers a rep attempted to help and after one hour I cried uncle, asked for a supervisor and set up a return. I was furious! On Sunday I decided to give it one more try; I called and got transferred from Tech Support to Chromebook Support who said nope, had to go through Laser Jet Support, who in turn said nope, 'I don't know why they transferred you here' and transferred my back to Chromebook Support. After 4 transfers I connected with a rep who was patient and determined, although it still was 'trial and error'. After an hour and a half I had a printer. It does work great, now that it is working, but I would NEVER go through that again. One woudl think that a tech company ie tech giant would know something about technology. Guess not. A sign of the times. Pathetic.

EXCELLENT BLACK AND WHITE PRINTER
I UPGRADED TO THE HP LASER JET PRO M15W PRINTER AFTER HAVING USED THE HP LASERJET 1012 FOR OVER 6 YEARS. Recently MacOS Catalina Version 10.15.7 needed the newer printer for an upgrade. I like the newer one it is quieter and prints directly from my iPhone.

Wrong toner advertised in HP site
Product was wrong for the printer I have, although it is explicitly mentioned in HP site that HP48A is the right toner for LaserJet Pro M15W. The right toner was the HP 44A (part# CF244A) which I had to buy from a reseller store directly paying much more, while the toner you sent me is unusable.

HP 48a toner cartridge
Easy install of new cartridge. Wish an increase in pages to be able to print before replenishing, but wanted to purchase Hp product and not an alternative to ensure proper fit, etc. Just print what is necessary, or else replacement comes about quickly. Can become costly. For me personally, do not print that often anyway, but just be cognizant to what you decide is necessary to print. Two toner cartridges equate to basically just buying brand new printer with toner already installed. Overall satisfied, but think HP should lower cartridge pricing.

Easy and Handy
Been using this printer for a couple months, hasn’t failed me. Easier to set up than I expected. It’s quick and clear and fits in a small space. I didn’t realize when I bought it that it wasn’t also a copier, but that’s my oversight. As just a printer it’s perfect.

Don't Buy for Online Feature
I have had this printer about two months. Wireless printing worked for about two weeks. I reset it twice after wh it worked for a couple of days each reset and now has to be wired every time I print. Copies are of good quality, however, toner cartridge made less than 500 copies and toner warning came on. If you order toner from HP make certain you allow enough time as it took over two weeks to arrive after the order was placed. Copier and scanner all work well and meet my needs. Printer works well when wired. I am very dissatisfied with the wireless feature which was a big reason for selecting this printer.

I have never had a complaint with this product. This review is based on placing and paying for an order over 2 weeks ago that still hasn't arrived. I rely on HP for my toner purchases. I could have just as easily gone to Wal-Mart or Office Depot, but I decided to cut the middle man out. It's frustrating because I have ZERO recourse when the shipment fails to arrive.

Number of copies
I have purchased several of these cartridges and they are supposed to print 1000 pages or so I thought. When they get to about 450 pages my computer starts telling me it is low on ink and its time to purchase another one. I manage to eek out maybe 30-40 more pages before it quits.

Works as advertised
I replaced my old HP LaserJet with this new printer. The old one lasted 10 years. Since I am 75 years old, If this one makes it 10 years it is most likely the last HP printer I will need to buy. I worked in the computer industry and have been using HP printers since the first days of the DeskJet. Great product, prints great. Prints from my iPhone, lap top and desktop systems on my home network.

Great experience
Ordered a replacement cartridge online; it was delivered faster than I thought and fairly simple to replace. Nicest part is that they included a return label for me to drop the empty cartridge at a UPS store so that it could be recycled.
