to ink or not to ink
Purchased this for my mother. The only real complaint is HP needs to reduce the cartridge price on this and the 57 color.
I was looking at potential purchasing of a refab cartridge but felt that quality control was important. The refabs, looking at reviews, were all over the place on quality. It is temping since cost per unit is about five dollars an unit both for the 56 and color ink cartridges.
Other then the cost the unit worked fine and my mother is happy.

New Cartridge does not work
I have bought 2 new sets of cartridges 22 and 56 for my HP Officejet 5610 All-in-One and my printer tells me that are not compatible for it. I always have used the same, except that the lattest 56 does not look like the previous ones. They used to be black outside and now they are brown.

When i bought this product had no problems with it being put in and was nice that i could buy a brand name and have it mailed to my home and HP sent an envelop to mail back the old one and the new one works fine

I bought two cartridges. One of them printed with faded print right off. I will keep using it until it quits but it should print darker...perhaps a cartridge that was in stock much too long and it's quality changed.
