Waste of money. Now my printer won’t print.
Since installing this cartridge my printer stopped printing black. I have an older printer, and only print documents in black and white draft or low quality. Even though I have plenty of the large black ink cartridges, and have the color ink cartridges, I broke down and bought the photo black ink cartridge hoping it would stop the error messages. No luck. And now where my printer would print sporadically before, but had no problem printing black and white docs, now it won’t print black at all. Every cartridge including color has been replaced and is full, and it says the photo black cartridge is depleted. I even put the old empty cartridge back in but it will not print any black ink any more.

NOT HAPPY
Installed Black & Magenta and printed a couple of pages ok, Then for no reason my printer stopped. Message reads "Yellow Triangle-! Missing or failed printhead" The printhead appears to be missing, not detected. or incorrectly installed. ? Was it caused by a faulty cartridge? I removed an reinstalled all 5 cartridges with the same results. Have no clue how to contact HP maybe I should get a different brand? HP online site says I do not have access permission (not exact wording) and refused to open. Maybe someone in charge will read this and contact me as my name & address are listed on my resent purchases. My phone number is in the book.

Every time I receive a cartridge from HP and insert into printer, my printer says it is a used and new cartridge. I pay for a new cartridge, so I want to know why do I always seem to get a used cartridge from HP instead of a new one?

Difficult to tell what cartrige you are buying
This goes with a printer that has 5 cartridges including 2 black cartridges. When you buy the cartridges it's very difficult to tell if your buying photo black cartridge or the regular black cartridge. The only differentiation is the little triangle on the cartridge Box.

My HP printer uses 5 cartridges. The 5th one ( on the right hand side) is a “fat” black cartridge. I have ordered several cartridges, but they are too thin for that compartment. What should I order to get the “fat” cartridge I need?

Will this work in my HP Photosmart D7360 Printer?
Thank you for your question! Unfortunately, this cartridge will not be compatible with the HP Photosmart D7360 printer. That printer uses HP 02 ink cartridges. Due to the age of that printer and no other more recent printers are using them, those ink cartridges have been discontinued.
