As you know, I do not refill all 3 of the cartridges at the same time. Try to keep a few spares on hand when I do run out of one or the other.

HP store rocks!
Getting the cartridge through HP was very helpful because of the assurance that it would be fresh. I bought one at a local big box store that did not work because it was likely dried out and/ or out of date. I will be buying them through the HP store from now on.

Black cartridges
While I am satisfied with the product, I find it annoying that it is not offered with the complete set. The black cartridge that comes with the set will not fit in the slot of the cartridge carrier in the printer.

The 564 XL works great, but the regular 564 does not fit in my printer. The 564 setup cartridge in smaller in size, so DO NOT expect the 564 to fit. A total waste of money.

A problem
Wrong cartridge for the second time. Now seems obvious that HP no longer makes the cartridge I need. Someone in the line of 9 people I talked to over a month’s time should have been able to tell me. I’m throwing away the HP printer.

the 564XL Black cartridge only lasted 1 week with very little use. I tried cleaning it, reinstalling it and shaking it but the black will not print on my documents. This product is way to expensive to not work!

It is unclear what is being asked. Please clarify and resubmit the question. However, the 564 and 64 cartridges are not compatible. The 564 is not the XL version of the 64 cartridges if that was what was being asked.
