Reliable Cartridges
After trying "after market" cartridges, I went back to HP original cartridges. The after market cartridges did NOT LAST. Apparently, the after market cartridges may have been a little cheaper but quit printing in HALF TIME. In addition, the after market cartridge's colors (esp. the cyan) are not as vibrant. When copying in color, the blue prints out in a purple-magenta like color, not BLUE!!!

Do not buy this cartridge if you need the narrow black ink cartridge for your HP printer. This cartridge is too wide for the narrow slot in the printer cartridge.

Please change you bot choices
It was defective, would not print. I tried all your solutions to no avail. Your robot chatter had limited choices and kept me going over and over my attempts tp explain it was defective. Now my printer does not work.

It is unclear what is being asked. Please clarify and resubmit the question. However, the 564 and 64 cartridges are not compatible. The 564 is not the XL version of the 64 cartridges if that was what was being asked.
