The cartridge is fine BUT when the printer resets itself it then displays the screen that directs you to HP REWARDS (to view your account) however the site is BLACKLISTED by my browser as VERY possible tracking and dark web problems.

This time 564XL Black cartridge was a dud. The HP printer accepts it and it looks as if it is filled with black ink, but the printer won't print black. Plus the outside of the cartridge did not have the over wrapped white paper on it.

Mystery black cartridge
The Photosmart 7520 has 2 different sized black cartridges, but it is very unclear which is the small er black cartridge. Both black cartridges on the HP store are the wider one. I have bought both the XL and non XL 564 and neither fits in the thinner cartridge that is next to the color cartridges. Unknown cartridge for the black one in the color tray. And it does not come with the 3 color packs.

It is unclear what is being asked. Please clarify and resubmit the question. However, the 564 and 64 cartridges are not compatible. The 564 is not the XL version of the 64 cartridges if that was what was being asked.
