It was easy, fast, and a quick fix. I wish that you could find some cheaper ink cartridges that are compatible..I received some ink cartridges that said they were compatible with my printer, i didn’t know if you get h.p., then you have to always use hp brand. They want all the money!

I got this about 2 weeks ago, just to have one ready to use. I ordered this thinking because it was a better pice then anywhere close to it would take along time to get. Nope came ASAP. And they supply a return envelope for used cartridges. Awesome.

60XL didn't work
When installed, printer wouldn't work at all. When I replaced the new cartridge with the old one, the printer worked but without color. I went to Walmart to purchase a replacement 60XL color cartidge and it worked fine. I tried contacting HP but couldn't reach a live person for help. Very frustrating.

For the HP ENVY110 printer, do I always need to install a color cartridge even if I'm only doing black and white printing ? If not, is a SINGLE black and white cartridge (60 XL) sufficient to install or would I need to install two ?
HP Printers that use two cartridges (one black, one tri-color) can print if one cartridge is empty. To continue printing, remove the empty cartridge from the printer. If a Single-cartridge mode message displays, select OK. If you are using the black cartridge, prints are in black and white (grayscale). If using the color cartridge, colors print normally but black prints lighter than usual. You can continue to print until print quality becomes unacceptable.
