Good black ink cartridge. I haven't kept track of calendar time, but the xl cartridge seems to last over a year in my HP printer. I haven't had a true HP cartridge dry out, either. I bought some reused cartridges from a brick store, and those have dried up very quickly - what a waste of money. I recommend true HP cartridges.

HPEnvy printer 5540 takes C2P05A cartridge. Your web site lists it as C2P05AN #140. Are these two the same exact design to fit my printer? I have bought HP Xl's that do not fit.
