Missing yellow ink.
I just opened my print cartridges and the tab was partially loose. When the test page printed, there was no yellow. That won't allow proper printing.

seems like this ink does not last as its advertised. I never got the 70 pages as stated or advertised.I wonder if the ink dries up in the cartrige after awhile..would like to hear about that!

Fresh Ink Cartridges
It arrived quickly and in perfect condition from appearances. I haven't opened the package yet as i haven't had time to print the materials i needed. I hope these cartridges won't dry out before they are used like the last ones. I probably shouldn't order the Extended Printing Cartridges since i don't print often and they dry out before being used up. I've tried everything I could think of to reawaken the old cartridges that are still full according to the printer.

Ink doesn’t work
The color ink works in my printer but the black does not. Due to already opening the ink, I can’t do anything with the black ink. I find it odd that one ink works in the package and the other doesn’t.

I deserve a refund
I wanted ink cartridge #21 and 22 but your app told me yo buy #63. #63 doesn't work in my printer and now you won't take it back. I asked if I could buy a new printer that would take #63 cartridges and was told you no longer make a printer that uses that size. Totally unethical. You must really be desperate to get rid of old inventory.

Is this Pigment Based Ink? I have a 3637 HP DESKJET and I want to make photo transfers. I read Pigment Based Ink held up better
Thank you for your interest in the HP 63 2-pack Black/Tri-color Original Ink Cartridges. The black is a pigment-based ink while the color is dye based. Pigment tends to dry faster but be less bright making it a better fit for documents. The dye-based inks tend to take a little longer to dry but give you a much brighter image and that is a better fit for photos. Multiple factors have a part in how well the ink and the image will hold up overtime. The HP photo paper will also play a part as it is designed to lock the ink in and help give a more vibrant longer lasting image. It is complicated though since it will also depend on the type of photo paper you want to use and how you want to store it.
