Replacing defective cartridge
Had to order a new black ink cartridge to replace a bad one. The cartridge that was replaced was still half full, according to my printer. What a disappointment. Sure hope this new one lasts longer.

The new cartridge worked perfectly, and the HP online store was very helpful and convenient. My printer was showing a half-full black cartridge, but the black ink wasn't printing. The help agent who encouraged me to try a replacement cartridge and reminded me that I could return it if it didn't work.

I wanted an ink cartidge 63 for an Envy 4516. This says for Envy 4520. Will this fit the 4516?
It will work with the ENVY 4500 series line which does include the ENVY 4516 as well as the 4520. Some models may not show up on the box or list depending on region, but this is the correct cartridge for that unit.
