Good Ink -- Less Ink?
I like the ink and my printer only accepts original cartridges. However, I have a suspician that the amount of ink in each cartridge has been dimished. My cartridges don't last nearly as long as they used to, and I am not printing more than usual.

Ink Cartridge caused problems
Have always bought genuine HP ink for my printer. Never had any problems, except with this last purchase of the 63XL Black. Caused black marks and blurred images. Went through HP's recommended steps to fix and did not work. Replaced it with another HP ink cartridge purchased from a local store, which worked fine.

HP 63 Tri-color Original Ink Cartridge
Quality has diminished over time. When the cartridges are good, color and output are great. Once I received an empty cartridge and on a couple of occasions, I ran out of ink after 20 pages or so. My last cartridge wasn’t printing in full color and didn’t last more than 10 pages. So I always keep an extra on hand. This purchase was my “backup”. Still, based on reviews, HP cartridges are the best buy.

HP customer service very disappointing
I ordered the wrong product because the HP website was confusing on the product I needed and when I tried to return it I got no response from HP on how to do it except that a customer representative would contact me, which never happened. Really shoddy customer service.
