This seemed defective and did not last more than 10+ days. It was for my home printer which I rarely use. Normally the standard tri-color lasts for 4-6 months.
I did not print hardly any items from my emails which have very little color. I am really bummed and feel like I wasted money

Ink cartridge won't load. Says non-HP parts.
Can't use. Printer screen says it is blocked because it contains non-HP components. Don't know what is wrong; bought from HP.com. Trying to get help from HP but no luck so far. Too expensive to just trash. Had to replace it to get printer working.

Hate defective merchandise.
I recently tried to replace both ink cartridges with new ones I had purched at Costco. The new cartridges would not connect with the printer so it wouldn't work. We put the old ones in and it worked fine. I tried to return them to Costco but they wouldn't take them back because I didn't have the receipt. We are stuck with your very expensive defective merchandise. The replacement i had to order works fine.

I have an HP Officejet 3830 All-In-One printer, out of warranty and discontinued. I have HP63XL ink cartridges. If my printer fails, what comparable replacement printer will accept the 63s?
They have discontinued ALLL printers that use 63 inks. Which we have found out the hard way having to find replacement printer for our 3830 printers. We get a notice that it will no longer receive update or be serviced. We are pretty angry right now.
