Great ink cartridges, printer won't print. HELP!
No problems with either ink cartridge. I installed both the 63XL black and the Tri Color 63XL. Unfortunately, even after aligning, my printer won't print. Can you assist me please?

Some problem with ink in machine not printing properly. Found this with Black Cartridge as well.
Since installing this HP cartridge, my printer could not copy in color, only a pale bluish-green. On darker setting, this again happened with color.a bit darker. How can I return this for some workable cartridge. Frankly, I am very disappointed.

Problem with registering with print head.

Good quality, arrived quickly
Arrived in good time and was just what I wanted. These work well with my printer and last longer than the other non-XL type cartridges. It was nice that the package came with a pre-paid envelope to send back old empty cartridges for recycling.

Why no 2-packs of 63XL color and b&w ink?
It's pretty expensive and gets used up fast. But I REALLY wish that I could buy a 2-pack of color and black & white that are BOTH 63XL. When I go online, this is not an option.

Your entire business model is a shakedown. I had perfectly good ink cartridges that work just fine before I connected the printer to the HP smart app. Then suddenly the cartridges are not compatible so I was forced to buy your $100 cartridge and throw out the others I purchased at CVS.

Can’t use the ink
I had to move right after I ordered the ink. Trying to get printer working after the move, I found out my printer is obsolete and I can’t use the ink. Bought a new hp printer and the 63 ink is not compatible with any printer I could buy. So I’m supposed to get some ink from you to replace that ink.

I have an HP Officejet 3830 All-In-One printer, out of warranty and discontinued. I have HP63XL ink cartridges. If my printer fails, what comparable replacement printer will accept the 63s?
They have discontinued ALLL printers that use 63 inks. Which we have found out the hard way having to find replacement printer for our 3830 printers. We get a notice that it will no longer receive update or be serviced. We are pretty angry right now.

I purchased this on Amazon in April and just tried to install in my HP Office Jet 3830 and am getting an error. It keeps telling me it isn't installed correctly. When I put the other cartridge back in, NOT XL it works. Any suggestions?
