What you expect is what you get.
It's hard to get excited about a couple of print cartridges but I will say that any time I've stuck with HP cartridges I've had no printing issues. If I venture out and try the off brands, I get leaks, uneven color, etc. So I'm committed to using only HP.

I received an HP Envy printer as a Xmas gift and this was my first time having to replace the cartridges. Finding my replacement cartridges was easy, the shipping and delivery was timely. I really like the fact the HP included a postage paid return envelope to send back the old catridges for recycling.

Cyan not working
Bought this product and installed. Cyan color is not working and printer keeps telling my cartridge is low. Tried running the “clean print heads” feature. Still not working. Took out cartridge and wiped contacts on both cartridge and printer. Still not working. Frustrated. With two children learning from home, a working printer is essential. Tried to contact HP, but nearly impossible to reach a person. Help!

The 64 standard and 64XL cartridges are not compatible with the 6400e series printer line. You can use either the 67 standard or 67XL cartridges with the ENVY 6400e series printers.
