New Printer Demands New Ink
Recently I had to buy a new HP printer. Sadly they don't make their photosmart printers any more so I cannot download pictues from my Cannon camera using the sim card BUT, the printer itself is awsome. First instead of having to buy 5 cartridges of ink (regular black, photo black, red, blue and yellow) now there are only 2 cartridges. One for black and the other for color. Also it is my first WiFi product - so great not to have all those cords to plug in. And lastly so easy to load paper in one tray and another tray to load photo paper and envelopes. So very easy to use. Not sure but so far the ink cartridges seem to last longer than the old ones. Guess now I need an I Phone to take pictures.

I order all the time from them just for the convenience. Times vary on the speed of getting the ink. Sometimes it is the next day sometimes it take over a week so order ahead of when you need the ink. The product is fine. I usually have not problems with it.

Disappointing performance
I replaced my HP 64 black cartridge approximately 6 weeks ago. I use light to moderate printing. Although the cartridge level indicated I had well over half ink remaining, the printing output became sparse and then stop completely. Of course before we ordering I attempted to clean the cartridges repeatedly. When that failed I reordered the ink. Perhaps this was a fluke. But in any case, the cartridges are too expensive to replace with 50% of the product remaining.

Don't waste your money
I recently bought a . new HP inkjet Printer. Hp Envy 6222 printer. The reason for getting a new printer , my old one a HP Envy 5530 after over15 years started having problems printing. The paper started jamming up all the time.I needed to print some documents in a hurry and did not have time to fool with it. I have had HP printers since the first Desk Jet 500 printer came out. I found a good deal online and bought it. They always say the original cartridges you get with a new printer don't have much in them so I bought this combo set on HP. The reason I say don't waste your money is that off market, re filled or fill yourself cartridges are a waste of money. Nothing beats original cartridges in quality of print, how many pages you can print, and no muss no fuss installation. The only way to be sure you are getting the real thing at the best price is at the HP store. By the way the original cartridges I got with the printer are still going strong.
