I will only purchase HP printers and their products for several years. I have used different printers at work but I love the quality of the HP printers. Three years ago our house was flooded by a hurricane and I lost my 4 HP printers. Since then I have purchased two, but couldn't replace my Photo Printer as they are not available any longer. I have the HP Envy photo 7155 printer and a HP deskjet 2652 and they are both great printers. I only use genuine HP toner in my HP printers and HP delivers fast. I rate as excellent. Thank you

Why did I get only 20 pages printed with a new HP cartridge before it ran out of ink?
Thank you for your question! As this is a product forum and not a technical support forum, we are unable to determine why an HP cartridge performed the way it performed. The actual yield will vary depending upon the amount of content on the page. Highly "dense" documents may yield fewer pages than the ISO standard, while less dense ones would yield more pages than the standard. Printing that uses primarily one color could cause lower yields for that color, and higher yields for colors not heavily used. The yield you experience will depend upon the content that you print.
