I cannot be more disappointed than I am with the ink subscription service. I paid and paid the subscription but rarely received any ink. Now that I have canceled the subscription HP has turn off my printer which I cannot use without buying these expensive "HP" inks.
I'm looking elsewhere for a new printer.

I had a temporary problem with one of my Instant Ink cartridges and ordered an original ink cartridge from the HP Store. It arrived quickly and worked perfectly till the problem with the Instant Ink cartridge was solved. The original ink is there when you need it, and the HP Store always has it.

What???
It won’t stay connected to the internet, So I haven’t been able to use it. It’s way to complicated to get copies. All the other wireless printers I’ve used are really easy to find with my device and it’s a couple of clicks to made a copy.
I wish I would have gotten a different copier that works

Could have been happier.
I have always been happy with my HP ink cartridges. My last purchase was not my best experience. I had been with InstantInk but did not print enough to make it worthwhile. I let the subscription lapse; then HP put a freeze on my printer and I could not print unless I either restarted the subscription or bought new cartridges. No consideration was given despite my HP history. Locking me out of my own printer was not necessary and a bit of overreach. It did not make me very happy and then the delivery of the new cartridges was not as fast as promised. I still like my HP printer as well as my HP Laptops (I have two), just not happy with the way I was treated by the InstantInk folks.

How many color photos (4 x 6) will the 64 cartridge yield?
Hello. Thanks for your question. The 64 black ink cartridge will yield about 200 pages. The 64 tricolor ink cartridge will yield about 165 pages. The 64XL high yield black ink cartridge yields about 600 pages and the 64XL tricolor ink cartridge will each yield about 415 pages. This is with 5% coverage. A full-page photo would be 100% coverage. I just bought an HP ENVY Inspire 7900e series printer. The trip-color ink cartridge does not show any blue ink in the status report (only two colors). As a result pictures will not print properly. Does this happen often and will it be a future prob?
