I waited over a week to receive my 2 ink cartridges and i only had them in for 2 days and i have no ink it doesnt print and it says i need ink and my paper comes out blank and yes i do now how to replace the cartages i hope to hear from you soon

If your printer is compatible with the HP 61 ink cartridge it will not be compatible with the 65.

I have an hp3830 printer. The cartridges I removed for replacement are 65/304. But the 65/304 cartridges don’t include the hp3830 on their list of compatible printers. All websites indicate that the 63 cartridge is what I need. Is this correct?

I changed my hp#65 tricolor ink in early August and made about 30 copies, and already the printer is telling me the ink is low. My printer is about 5-6 years old and this is a relatively new issue. It seems I should be able to make a lot more copies.
