Ah, Back to HP
Several months ago I bought a toner cartridge from Office Depot, their label. The print it rendered was not nice and dark but rather much lighter than I am used to. My replacement HP85A cartridge now installed renders wonderful printing. Moral of story: Don't buy 'same as' products - stick with reliable HP products. Oh, and my
HP Laserjet P1102w printer is 10 years old!!

Nice to have a small printer
I'm gradually printing out the electronic service manual for my 2019 Nissan NV compact cargo van. There are many, many 3 or 4 or 5 page modules to print out. I want to print on both sides so I'd have a blank side between most of the modules. So I'm feeding in the paper by hand. This little printer is hooked up to my second backup desktop computer. You only get 1600 pages and that comes down to 5 cents per page JUST FOR THE TONER. So this is not something you'd want for volume printing. I have a LaserJet Pro M501 as my regular printer.

A Poet Needs A Reliable Printer, with Lots of Ink!
I've been writing a "comfort song" each day of the pandemic, and this writing has been helpful for my sanity. Each poem takes several drafts. Printer ink cartridge
I'm a writer and just finished a book. I needed to quickly print copies for editors and reviewers. I had not bought a new cartridge in a long time and didn't plan ahead so the cartridge I had installed was low on toner and ran out quickly. I ordered a new one and was surprised how fast it shipped and arrived, especially because I did this at the end of March 2020, when everything was slowed down by the COVID lock downs. This was a long manuscript (a full book) with lots of pages, and I printed numerous copies and so ran out of ink/toner again in a couple days. I ordered another cartridge (early April) and was again pleasantly surprised how fast it shipped and arrived. The cartridge was so easy to switch out and install and everything went great! I even appreciated how easy they made it with the ready-to-go shipping label to put the old cartridge in the box and ship it back for recycling or reuse (nice for the environment and I appreciate that). Great experience all around! It was even easy to find the right cartridge and order it.

I have been purchasing this HP Toner 85A for at least 6 years now. This toner prints very good. The number of prints it prints is a large amount and I use every last ink in the cartridge. I use nothing but HP and would highly recommend this toner 85A.

Good purchase.
I bought this toner cartridge online for my mother, who is near 90 and not PC-proficient. Her use of a printer is only occasional so I've yet to install the new cartridge, as the old one still has toner it it. A message came up on the screen one day that she was running low on toner, so I ordered a new cartridge for her, but it could be a while before it goes into the printer.

Dependable quality at a competitive price
We all have options of purchasing toner cartridges at our nearby office supply store, but I almost always buy directly from HP. I have found the quality to be dependable and the pricing as competitive. Several time, I have picked up toner at another outlet and found the print to be light. I did find out that the cartridge had been on the warehouse for some time and was probably not the freshest. HP stands behind their products and has always been my first choice.

I only use this in my HP Laser Printer. It never clogs and can be persuaded to yield a few extra pages, when it is getting to the end of its natural life, if it is shaken. Removing and inserting the cartridge is easy, even for me. I won't even look to see if there is an alternative cartridge available .My documents and my HP printer are both too valuable to me to risk anything else.
