Less copies than stated
I never get anywhere near the number of copies as stated (appx 1600). I only get about 1,000, sometimes 900-800. I do not print toner-heavy copies, just regular typed pages.

I love my laser jet printer from HP.
I have a HP laser jet printer, M1212nf MFP. I love it! I can print a lot of copies at a fraction of the cost of my old printer. I like being able to order ink directly from HP. The service is wonderful.
The only thing that I don't like is it doesn't print color. I knew that when I brought it. I am still very happy with my printer and service from HP.

This toner is very good. The copies come out sharp and clear. My only complaint is the odor, I have asthma and it's a bit stinky. I'll get over it though, as it works good.

Brand name is the only way to go ~
When it comes to toner, you can't cheat on the brand of toner. HP toner is excellent, and usually yields beyond stated amount.
I did have a problem when I tried to use a discount coupon and it didn't pick it up in the final total. With almost any online company, it is difficult to correct this. When I contacted HP they were quick to take care of the problem.
Don't get suckered into buying the "just as good as" products. Clearly, they are not.

Seems to me like it prints < 1600 pages - now I'm always making sure that I put my printing in economode and I'll take note if it makes a difference. Other than that, printing is excellent.
