Poor Quality, Questionable Origin
After installing this product, my printer identified the ink cartridges as other than HP products and would not guarantee operational reliability. This evaluation was correct. Color printing does not result in reliable color, only reds, yellows and their color combinations are printed. Blue does not seem to print at all.

Quality First
Worked my entire life in the computer environment and have used HP products from workstations, servers, storage, and printers. Having retired, I saw no reason to change from a proven product. If you own an HP printer at home, for the best print quality, only use HP ink cartridges.

I bought the triple cartridges, different colors. It/They are easy to replace. I'm sure due to the government virus restrictions, delivery was delayed to about two weeks, but the package arrived in due time. I do think the cartridge pack is a bit pricey.

The packaging is the packing and self-explanatory.
Very convenient having all three colors in one package especially in previous months, I have had to shop around for when stores were out of stock for any one of the color ink cartridges. My complaint with this particular ink cartridge due to the HP-6978 Printer I purchased - the ink prints very wet resulting in less than vibrant colors and going through the cartridges quicker. I don't do a high volume of printing so I assumed the cartridges would last longer than expected but they don't.

3 pack is convenient
I like that buying the 3 pack is a little more cost effective than purchasing each separately.
My big concern is removing the yellow cap. I am a senior citizen with arthritis and it is very difficulty for me to twist it off. It requires much strength which I don't possess. My 45 year old son even had difficulty removing it. Previous refills for other brands of printers just had a strip to remove. I won't use any brand other than HP in this printer..

Forced to by genuine HP garbage.
My printer did an update, that I wasn't aware of. After stocking up on $200 worth of remanufactured ink, about 10 cartridges worth, the printer no longer recognized them. I was forced to buy the more expensive genuine HP products. They are more expensive and 2 of them didn't work in the printer either. Was the print quality any better? Honestly, it was about the same. Being forced to buy a more expensive product that is becoming hard to find. When this printer dies, I'm not buying HP again.

Is quality gone?
Bought color ink cartridges for my printer. Put in the cyan to replace the empty one on my printer. The printer said the cartridge was defective and wouldn’t work. I removed it and put in my old one and the printer gave me the low ink message. I tried the new one again and got the same defective message again. I had to go buy another new cartridge locally so the printer would work.

My printer refuses to work after I changed ink cartridge and gives me a message that I am using an "old generation of cartridge." I assume the ones you are selling now are all "new generation" cartridge? Just want to make sure what I order will work.

What is the expiration date of the ink cartridges I will buy?
The warranty expiration date would vary from the one-year period since it was manufactured and is not an expiration date. It would not just cease to function after said date, and if the cartridges do not work for any reason, you will want to contact the HP Customer Service to get them replaced.
