I apparently I bought the wrong one, as I was being impatient, later informed by HP that I need to let the system dictate when I'm out of ink and it will be re-order automatically. They sent the correct ink cartridge and everything is working great. Thank You

This is not a lot of help
When I called, I was furious the man tried to sell me a more expensive box of print powder. I print maybe 10 pages a year. So I got this box of print powder. I printed four pages and that was it. I wasted my money. I am very disappointed and sorry I bought HP at this point.

Disaster!! Tried for 4 weeks to get ink. Finally got it. Installed it & the colors are so screwed up,I don’t know what to do next. Tried all the printer tools. Not the 1st problem with ink. As soon as I use the black up, I’ll be buying a new printer (certainly not hp)

The HP 902 Black Original Ink Cartridge does not have an expiration date. There is a best-if-used-by date that is determined via the manufacturer date. As manufacturing dates vary the best if used by date will vary as well. This forum will not have information on an individual cartridge best if used by date.
