Grateful for your help
My printer needed a Cyan print cartridge (HP902). I went to Office Depot, Staples, and Best Buy but no one had a replacement for me. So, I went on-line. The Cyan cartridges you had were a smaller size than I usually get, but you had them and they worked just fine! Thank you so much for your help and for your promptness in handling my request. I'm very grateful!

Right cartridge - message says it's NOT compatible
This cartridge Cyan 902 when installed triggers an error message that it is NOT compatible with my printer - HP OfficeJet Pro 6978. This is the same cartridge I've always used! What's up?

When I first purchased my HP (WiFi) printer, I continued to order ink cartridges from another supplier. Then, suddenly those would no longer work, and the supplier told me it is because HP did an update for their printers that prevented the use of non-HP cartridges. I was angry because the HP cartridges are more expensive and the off-brand worked as well. Now I am forced to pay higher prices. I will probably replace my HP printer with an Epson or Canon printer.

Better then buying in store!
It was so much cheaper to buy our ink straight from HP, than getting it at a retail store! The addition of fast and free shipping made it perfection! Will definitely continue to get our ink this way in the future!

Defective cartridge
My printer takes 4 different colored cartridges. I replaced all of them at the same time. After replacing them , I went to the feature which shows me the approximate ink levels. It showed all were full except for cyan. This showed low ink level, replace soon. Explained this to HP customer service. They are sending me a free replacement. Thank you HP.

The color cartridges do not live up to capacity expectations or HP measures. I get nowhere near 300 pages from these expensive cartridges. Quality, on the other hand is very good -- while they last.
