Poor cartridges
These are the worst HP cartridges I have ever purchased. My color is not even close to true. Yes I have aligned the printer. Yes I have cleaned the printer heads twice through all 3 stages and it is still terrible. Maybe the quality of material I use for my daycare kids projects and my daycare parents' information is not important to you but it is to me. I will never purchase direct again!!!!

Good product --if you can get it !
I got this product ...a high capacity Ink cartridge as I do often...and several colors ...always was easy and convenient ...This one was Magenta....and I NEED both Yellow and CYAN for about a month....both ordered from HP and still not available --so every thing other than plain Black and white is totally distorted ....how in the world could HP a large normally reliable enerprse allow this to happen to a repeat (by necessity) customer ?

Unavailability
It's very troubling that there is a shortage of 902 cartridges. It has taken numerous visits to several stores and multiple attempts on-line to finally acquire the color cartridges.
The cartridges are expensive to start with, now a shortages of cartridges. Making me rethink the continued use of HP printers.

Your 902 XL ink cartridges were not available, I was forced to by individual colors as each became available. I am waiting for the complete set before I insert. Your company's lack of info on the status of the ink was appalling.

I'VE BEEN USING THE 602XL CARTRIDGES FOR YEARS AND HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED A PROBLEM. IT WOULD SEEM THAT A COMPANY AS BIG AS HP WOULD KEEP ALL CARTIRDGES IN STOCK. I WANTED A TRI COLOR 602XL, NOT AVAILABLE. ONLY MAGENTA AVAILABLE. I WAS TOLD TO CHECK BACK??? WHY CAN'T YOU NOTIFY ME WHEN THEY ARE IN STOCK? Everyone know's printer's ink is expensive your ink is very good. I like your ink as it doesn't smear or is difficult to install. Your ink works perfect with your printer, I'm not sure what else it is that you want me to say. I rated you excellent because it is.

Prints Well, but...
My printer was very simple to set up and connect to my various devices; however, I find that just about every time I need to print anything, I need to unplug AMD restart it for it to actually reconnect. It doesn't seem to want to stay connected wirelessly when it's not actively printing for an hour or so.

Didn’t work for me....
Continuous paper jam that do not exist, and error 0x6100004a. I bought a new cartridges set from hp hoping to resolve the issues with my officejet pro 6968, but nothing helped.!
The warranty being over my only choice, after scouring and analyzing all of hp advices and forum, is to buy a new one. I was so frustrated that I throw it in the dump, and I will buy a new printer, but NOT from HP.

Save Money buy Generic cartridges
I have been using the Generic ink cartridges and ran out so I purchased the HP brand ink cartridges. The price was utterly ridiculous but I had a project due and spent the extra $100 for replacements. There was no difference in the quality and probably the quantity of pages. Save yourself lots of cash and buy the Generics. Or buy another brand of printer that has refillable cartridges.
