Printer no longer prints Cyan
This pack was the first replacement pack we purchased for our 5 month old 8020 AIO. Shortly after, the Cyan stopped printing. No amount of cleaning can fix the issue.

Just because
Inks are HP, and only using to hopefully prolong life of printer. They're not the least priced option of inks on the market. Biggest issue with this purchase was the slow delivery time.

HP printer doesn't recognize HP 910 cartridge
The Cyan cartridge is not recognized by my HP printer, so pretty worthless when HP can't even get their cartridges to work properly in their own printers.

Printer Ink Works
This is printer ink. When it works, you see it on the paper. When it doesn't work, it's not on the paper. This particular printer ink worked. I am not sure that a photo or video of a page being printed is necessary for someone to believe me when I say that this printer Ink works.

It wasn't immediately available, but finally came...only to find that the blue portion of my printer will no longer work, while magenta & yellow still do. I need to get a new printer.

Product defective
These ink cartridges would not print correctly. The magenta and yellow did okay, but the cyan would not print at all. I was able to return the defective cartridges and received a refund, so customer service was good.

Keeps on printing
We use our printer every day, and the original ink is awesome. The colors don’t run , they are the true color, and last for quite awhile. When the ink color is low, it reminds you every time you print something and even that last awhile. We really like using HP original ink cartridges.

Cyan Ink Cartridge Inoperable
After many cycles of cleaning the printhead, the cyan ink still does not print, so still no color printouts from this printer. This OfficeJet Pro 8028 has never consistently printed in color since it was purchased several months ago. On the next trip to Costco, this printer will probably be going back.

Printer ink not available
I bought this printer a few months ago. It ran out of ink after I had printed less than 50 sheets. Ink for the printer was not available anywhere, including at HP. I was able to replace the black ink, but the printer refused to print in grayscale without a full color ink set. Internet searches revealed that this is a widespread problem. Won't buy from HP again.

Cyan dried it faulty
I bought the 3 pack and the cyan cartridge didn’t work. I found it frustrating to get ahold of HP. I ended up by another cartridge and will return the faulty one when the new one arrives. Very frustrating!
