So my printer would not print anything. Even a simple black ink document. So I had to buy a new Cyan cartridge. Really frustrating.

I had to order the cyan through you as Walmart was out of that color. Very disappointed! Usually I do not have that problem with HP as my source. Couldn't figure out how to get an exchange or refund. Couldn't find receipt online.

It does not work in my HP 8035 printer and made matters worse: all my black ink copies are now RED. Two hours of wasted reinstalling and troubleshooting, I finally gave up ... and bought a Canon printer.
