This product has great features
I found out the printer was not operating correctly, the ink cartlidge would not stay in its slot, it kept poping out of the slot. So guess will have to order a new one. Or can it be fixed???? Please let me know if possible. thanks

Do not throw away your printer because of errors, you can get a bad cartridge which was my case, I was torn between buying a new cartridge hoping to fix errors or just getting a new printer, in my case the cartridge worked.

THE COLOR CARTRIDGE DOES NOT LAST TOO LONG.I DO NOT PRINT MANY PHOTOS,MOSTLY ONLY BLACK TEXT.CARTRIDGE RUNS OUT TOO FAST,PROBABLY AMOUNT OF INK HAS BEEN DOWNSIZED LIKE EVERYTHING ELSE.SAME PRICE,LESS PRODUCT.

keeps shutting down printer
about every third print job will not function; error message says there is no cartridge or it is misaligned...I have removed it, cleaned it, replaced it on several occasions, but nothing seems to work...I have been using this printer and this cartridge number for several years, and this is the first time I've had this problem

Consistently good colors.
Generic or re-filled ink cartridges cannot compare to the quality of HP cartridges. The colors are true and the cartridges last longer than others.

Even though I marked 2 day delivery it took 5 days. These cartridges are always fresh, but they don't last as long as they should, as I don't get the amount of pages that they state they will print.

A bit disappointed
I thought I was getting three cartridges similar to the 92/93 that I get at my warehouse store. Instead there were only one of each. Still the ink is best for my machine and as the warehouse store no longer carries my size I had few other options at the time.

HP needs to offer these cartridges with a greater ink supply. I now understand that with the less expensive printers, we must endure the low volume ink cartridges. Therefore, I suggest that you spend more money on the printer and check out the cartridges used to ensure they hold a good supply of ink, or you will be forever replacing them.

No, the HP OfficeJet 5258 uses the HP 63 ink cartridges, not the 93.
