Overall the printer is very good. The only issue I have is making the setup a bit clearer. They over simplified the instructions down to 4 pictures. Add some wording to make it clearer on what the steps are. Overall the functionality, the setup software and and print quality are all very good and make this a great purchase...

Outraged!
The printer instructions were useless, incomprehensible, printed in tiny type and key things printed in pale blue ink. When I called for help, customer service kept me on hold for one hour and then cut me off saying my call could not be accepted at this time.

I bought this printer for doing tax returns and it is nice BUT I cannot print single sided in my tax program with this printer. My old HP laser jet printer was single sided printer and I had no problems. I wanted a wireless printer so got this one and it goes to sleep and I have to be careful to make sure that I push the button to get it off sleep mode or it won't print and I have to turn off computer and printer and then restart to get it to print. So it prints very nice but I have some issues and wish I had not been to be so quick to buy a double sided printing printer. everyone said oh you can just choose to print one sided but that does not work with the tax program I have.

This unit replaced a terrific HP2300 which served for years as our corporate printer. It produced more than a quarter-million sheets- wow! This new unit has a tough act to follow. The print quality is excellent. The additional features such as the two-sided copies and the scanner are powerful tools. And, I know there are more features we haven't used. For its price point it's a cost effective and productive tool.

Is hp94a toner cartridge for a laserjet 4 plus?
Thank you for your question! The HP LaserJet 4 Plus is compatible with the HP 98A toner, not the 94A. Unfortunately, as that printer is an older model, that toner has been discontinued by HP and is no longer available.
